You will be part of the team in Singapore and Hong Kong, responsible for bringing in the best talents to accelerate our growth ambition. As we value diversity, we have a multi-functional and diverse team, with different points of view and different ways of thinking.
The Impact you’ll make
Supporting the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and working on delivering all facets of recruiting processes alongside the all teams.
Developing talent pipeline for specific projects through proactively approaching passive talents from external market and be a true expert in providing insights on who and where the best talent is.
Keeping a keen eye to identify opportunity to drive process improvement to increase TA efficiency and customer experience.

Current Local University Undergraduate
You are customer centric, structured, proactive and enthusiastic
Your way of working is characterized by a high level of integrity and quality
You are a confident communicator and enjoy collaborating with cross functional teams and stakeholders in a regional and virtual environment
Proficient with MS Office
